Functional Use
The VenoTrain Soft medical compression garment with class 2 compression is suitable for prevention and active management of moderate venous conditions with a CEAP* classification of C1-C2:
- Imminent Functional Venous Insufficiency
- Reticular Veins
- Varicose Veins
- Swelling and Oedema
- Heavy Legs
- Venous Stasis Symptoms
Specialised Support for Early-Stage Lymphoedema and Post-Operative Recovery
As a Class 2 compression garment, it is also highly effective for post-operative use, supporting recovery by enhancing venous return, reducing swelling, and preventing complications such as fluid buildup. Additionally, it can assist in the intermittent management of lymphoedema, promoting lymphatic drainage and helping to minimize swelling and discomfort in affected areas.
Targeted Medical Compression for Optimal Circulation
The VenoTrain Soft offers the perfect combination of comfort and functionality, designed to specifically massage the skin and tissue during movement to improve skin sensation, stimulate circulation, and prevent swelling. The garment is made with advanced circular-knit technology that provides seamless graduated compression to enhance longitudinal blood circulation in the legs and support venous flow to the heart to optimise circulatory health. The compression gradient ensures maximal compression at the foot and ankle, which decreases up the leg to stimulate the flow of blood and prevent the accumulation of fluid in the tissue. This targeted compression helps to alleviate fatigue and heavy legs, prevent the formation of varicose veins, and improve venous flow in cases of imminent functional venous insufficiency, making it perfect for prevention and active management for individuals experiencing moderate venous conditions.
Innovative Design for Optimal Comfort
Crafted with an innovative combination of materials, the VenoTrain Soft delivers a gentle, breathable, and skin-friendly feel, ensuring all-day comfort even for sensitive skin. Its soft, skin-friendly design ensures all-day wearability, making it suitable for both therapeutic use and recovery after surgery or injury. The material composition wicks moisture away from the skin, keeping the legs cool, while its stretchable and durable design ensures a perfect fit that effectively adapts to the contours of the body. The garment’s lightweight yet robust fabric offers reliable support without sacrificing mobility or style.
Made from a thicker, more robust material, the VenoTrain Soft is particularly well-suited for individuals with thicker skin or those who prefer a firmer, more substantial feel. This makes it an excellent option for men or anyone seeking added durability without compromising comfort. The garment's more durable construction adapts to thicker skin and provides consistent, graduated compression to improve blood flow, contributing to its suitability for both therapeutic use and recovery after surgery or injury.

Care Guidelines
In order to preserve the compressive action of the garments and ensure a lasting and secure grip, attentiveness to care of the stockings is highly recommended.
- Wash the garment daily
- Wash by hand or machine wash at 30 degrees
- Use a suitable and mild detergent to clean the garments
- Air dry the garments and ensure highly limited exposure to sunlight when drying
Ideal Handling and Wear
- Prior to donning, ensure that the skin is free of any ointments, lotions, and oils.
- The VenoTrain Donning Gloves should be used to aid in the donning, as the robust rubber ensures a strong grip and reduces the risk of finger nails digging into the garment, which may cause material damage.
- When putting on the garment, do not over-stretch the material or pull on the top band, as this can cause premature fraying. The material should be pulled with a gentle touch evenly over the limb.
- The VenoTrain Donning Gloves should be additionally used to secure the fit, smoothen out the material, and minimise gathering of the fabric to promote a uniform compression.
*The CEAP classification (Clinical-Etiological-Anatomical-Pathophysiological) is used to categorise chronic venous disorders based on their severity.
