Shipping policy

For all B2B orders, we charge a flat rate of $12 for shipping, all across Australia. All orders are shipped out with AusPost unless otherwise requested, in which case cost may change.

Orders usually arrive within 1-4 business days.

For urgent same-day or next-day orders, please call us directly on 1300 668 466 to check availability.

For all special, custom or backorders coming from Germany, a lead time of 2 weeks is expected.

For all made to measure and custom orders, a lead time of 2-4 weeks is expected.
