Functional Use
The VenoTrain Micro medical compression garment with class 1 compression is suitable for prevention and active management of mild venous conditions with a CEAP* classification of C0-C1:
- Telangiectasia (Spider Veins)
- Mild Varicose Veins
- Swelling
- Heavy legs
- Fatigue
Preventative Relief
Individuals at risk of developing venous disorders (e.g., during pregnancy and/or during prolonged standing or sitting)
Targeted Medical Compression for Optimal Circulation
The VenoTrain Micro offers an exceptional blend of comfort, functionality, and style, making it the ideal compression garment for everyday wear. With a light compression level (18-21 mmHg), this garment is suitable for managing mild venous conditions such as early-stage varicose veins, spider veins, or general leg fatigue.
As a circular-knit compression garment, the VenoTrain Micro offers seamless construction that delivers consistent, graduated compression which enhances longitudinal blood circulation in the legs and supports venous flow to the heart to optimise circulatory health. The compression gradient ensures maximal compression at the foot and ankle, which decreases up the leg to stimulate the flow of blood and promote healthy circulation. This targeted compression helps to reduce aching, heavy legs and swelling, alleviate venous pressure, and prevent the formation or worsening of varicosis, making it perfect for prevention and active management for individuals with mild venous conditions. The improvement in circulatory action at the lower extremities reduces the appearance and visibility of spider veins and reticular veins, and is beneficial to prevent additional vein enlargement and prominence.
Superior Design for Functional and Comfortable Wear
Microfiber Material: Soft and breathable microfiber fabric ensures all-day comfort and excellent moisture management. With a microfiber content of 50%, the VenoTrain micro is distinguished by its lightweight and gentle sensation when worn, providing a comfortable experience that encourages comfortable long-term wear. The garment’s lightweight yet robust fabric offers reliable support without sacrificing mobility or style.
Anatomically Shaped: Designed to contour to the natural shape of the legs for a perfect and individualised fit that promotes uniform compression.
High Elasticity: The garment is distinguished for its high elasticity, which reinforces a perfect fit of the stockings and enables ease of donning and doffing for a positive wearing experience.
Durability: High-quality materials and reinforced heel and toe areas enhance the longevity of the garment.

Sizing and Fit
The VenoTrain medical compression garments are developed under Bauerfeind's Perfect-Fit system, providing an expansive and diverse range of standard sizes to ensure a precise fit. Refer to the sizing guide to find the perfect match.
Care Guidelines
In order to preserve the compressive action of the garments and ensure a lasting and secure grip, attentiveness to care of the stockings is highly recommended.
- Wash the garment daily
- Wash by hand or machine wash at 30 degrees
- Use a suitable and mild detergent to clean the garments
- Air dry the garments and ensure highly limited exposure to sunlight when drying
Ideal Handling and Wear
- Prior to donning, ensure that the skin is free of any ointments, lotions, and oils.
- The VenoTrain Donning Gloves should be used to aid in the donning, as the robust rubber ensures a strong grip and reduces the risk of finger nails digging into the garment, which may cause material damage.
- When putting on the garment, do not over-stretch the material or pull on the top band, as this can cause premature fraying. The material should be pulled with a gentle touch evenly over the limb.
- The VenoTrain Donning Gloves should be additionally used to secure the fit, smoothen out the material, and minimise gathering of the fabric to promote a uniform compression.
*The CEAP classification (Clinical-Etiological-Anatomical-Pathophysiological) is used to categorise chronic venous disorders based on their severity.
