• Vertebral fractures (lumbar spine) with vertebral body damage – relieving the posterior edges of vertebrae
• Spondylolysis / spondylolisthesis, grades I – II
• Most severe lumbar deformity in cases of facet syndrome / osteoarthritis

• Most severe lumbosciatica with muscular deficiencies in cases of significant intervertebral disk protrusions / herniated disks
• Lumbar spinal canal stenosis, also with paresis (non-surgical, post-operative)

• Most severe (pseudo) radicular lumbar syndrome
• Foraminal stenosis
