- Medial or lateral knee osteoarthritis / arthritis (moderate to severe)
- Condition after cartilage transplant
- After meniscus refixation
- Ruptured anterior / posterior cruciate ligament (ACL / PCL) with leg axis misalignment

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Individual fitting of the distal frame for varus or valgus adjustment (25° each) with 3 mm Allen key
- Flexion and extension can be limited independently of one another
(flexion: 0°, 10°, 20°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, 90°)
(extension: 0°, 10°, 20°, 30°, 45°)
- Limiting hinge elements for restricting mobility or immobilisation (to be ordered separately)

I bought this for my 80 year old mother with debilitating severe osteoarthritis of the knee. She was basically house bound before I purchased the brace. She said she had misgivings as to the benefits of the brace. Nothing was working for her.Literally the very minute the physiotherapist fitted it on her knee she said her knee pain was gone and she was walking normally again. She is loving life now. Best purchase ever.

Two years ago I was in a lot of pain and unable to perform basic life tasks without pain due to no cartlidge on the lateral side of my knee (caused from an injury 14 years ago). I was referred to Bauerfeind by my Orthopaedic doctor. I had the SecuTec OA fitted and my life started to return to normal. Two years on I am back at the gym, leg pressing 150kg, back squatting 50kg and being as active as I can with my knee the way it is. My next operation is a knee replacement which I don't want for a long time and this brace is enabling me to stay strong without pain and hopefully delay the knee replacement for a long time to come. I tell people it's like putting on a new leg.
