Dynamic Stabilisation
The brace incorporates advanced technology that incorporates flexible independent modules to produce a robust frame that allows dynamic adaptation to the knee's natural movement without compromising stabilisation. Individual flexible links interconnect to produce a semi-flexible frame construction that perfectly contours to the anatomy of the leg, enabling comfortable wear and use even during movement. The ergonomic design of the semi-flexible frame enables perfect contouring of the orthosis to the knee. Accurate Range of Motion Control
The orthosis allows for incremental adjustments and manipulation to knee range of motion, with the ability for flexion and extension to be limited independently of one another:
- Flexion: 0°, 10°, 20°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°,90°
- Extension: 0°, 10°, 20°, 30°, 45°
The whole joint can be immobilised systematically: 0°, 10°, 20°, 30°, 45°.
Excellent Wearing Comfort
The orthosis is supported by soft microfiber cushioning, which lines the frame at the interface with the skin. The padding is highly breathable and soft, with optimal thermoregulation to facilitate a comfortable wearing experience and positive skin response during long-term wear.
ENSURING A PERFECT FIT
The orthosis t is available in five standard sizes to ensure a perfect fit. Refer to the guide below to correctly measure for this product:
- The knee should be flexed at approximately 30 degrees whilst standing.
- The starting point for measurement is on the lateral joint at the same level as the midpoint of the patella.
- The first measurement (1) is extracted 17 cm up the thigh from the starting point.
- The second measurement (2) is extracted 15 cm down the calf from the starting point.
