• Spondylolisthesis (with recurring lumbosciatica), grades I – III

• Condition following herniation (e. g. post-operative)
• Condition following discectomy
• Vertebral fractures (lumbar spine) with vertebral body damage
• Osteoporosis
• Moderate to severe lumbosciatica with muscular deficiencies in cases of significant intervertebral disk protrusions / herniated disks
• Severe (pseudo) radicular lumbar syndrome
• Moderate to severe lumbar deformity in cases of facet syndrome / osteoarthritis
• Lumbar spinal canal stenosis
