INDICATIONS

• Post-traumatic care (multiple, complex injuries in the hand / finger area)

• Pre-operative and post-operative, e.g. Dupuytren‘s contracture, metacarpal fractures

• Complex ligament injuries in the finger / hand area due to trauma
• Paralysis
• Tenosynovitis (severe)
• Sprains / contusions

• Stabilises the wrist, forearm and fingers including the thumb
• Adjustable positions to reduce pain and prevent damage due to immobilisation
• Immobilisation of the wrist thanks to shapeable aluminum stays
• Practical Velcro fastenings and retraction stopping devices on the straps make it easy for the patient to put on the orthosis using only one hand
• Edges finished using ultrasonic welding for increased durability and an improved look; sensitive skin in the elbow area is softly cushioned /enclosed

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

• The finger support is supplied in a neutral position and can be fixed in the Intrinsic Plus position quickly and without the need for tools
• The metacarpal stay with ventilation slots, the stays at the sides and the frame made of aluminum are individually shapeable
• The removable finger support and thumb brace aid physiotherapy and mobilisation during the healing process
