Product is good and works as advertised when new. Over time the Velcro will wear out and depending on how tight you wear it, might just "pop" off when doing explosive movements like jumping. The strap is the only flaw in this product. Other than that, when it works, it works like a charm.
I play volleyball for reference, and I like to wear the strap somewhat on the tighter side. When perform actions that require deep knee bends, such as jumping for spikes, blocking, or receiving, the strap would sometimes come loose depending how how tight you strap it on. Other than that, I have noticeably lesser pain on my patella tendon after sessions, so I'd say this product works as advertised.

We’re sorry to hear about the issue with the velcro. We recommend washing the strap once a week, as per the care instructions, to prevent residue or debris buildup on the velcro, which can affect its adhesion.

I have a persistent knee issue and this one really helps in holding my knee cap so that it doesn't move. I will recommend this.
