The orthopedic ErgoPad weightflex 2 foot orthosis is particularly flat and flexible and is ideal for patients who change their shoes regularly. The innovative core supports the foot arches and allows a natural heel-to-toe movement. It is coated with high-quality polyurethane soft foam, which has effective cushioning properties despite its reduced construction height and it cushions the forefoot without losing its durability.

• Cores come in three different support levels (soft, medium, strong) coated in high-quality polyurethane soft foam
• Supports the natural torsional movement of the foot
• Stimulates the muscles through sensorimotor spots in the PU surface
• A selection of narrow or wide cores and foot orthosis shapes
• Good cushioning properties despite a low profile design
• Can be adapted to different heel heights by means of hinges in the front of the core area and at the heel
• Lower at the base of the fifth metatarsal bone

MODIFICATIONS

• Requires little modification
• Easy to grind
• A 3/4 or short-sole version can be created by cutting along the line
• Complete thermoplastic molding is possible (oven set to 90°C, approx. 2 minutes)
