The flexible foot orthosis ErgoPad redux heel 2 reduces acute heel pain and combats the causes of pain. The anatomical cut-out in the heel area relieves the bony structures in a target manner when you take a step. The fan design relaxes the inflamed area of the plantar tendon. The core‘s polyurethane soft foam coating that is gentle on the skin provides additional cushioning for the feet when walking or running, despite the thin material.

Whilst certainly not cheap, these insoles are comfortable and the size 43 fit perfectly in my size 10 Asics that I use for Indoor Pickleball. I've only been using for about 1 month so far, but initial results have been good.
